About Grunzo

Grunzo is an AI-powered stain-removal assistant. Tell it what the stain is, what it landed on, what that item is made from and how long it has been there — and it turns those answers into practical, step-by-step guidance you can follow at home.

Why Grunzo exists

Most stain advice arrives as a wall of conflicting tips: one page says hot water, the next says never. Grunzo exists to take the guesswork out of that moment right after a spill, when you have to decide what to do before the stain sets.

It also exists to make the household-friendly option easy to reach for. Where a simple pantry or laundry-cupboard approach is appropriate for the material, Grunzo will suggest that first — which can mean fewer single-use products and less waste, without pretending every stain has a gentle answer.

How Grunzo works

Grunzo asks four short questions: what the stain is, where it is (clothing, carpet, upholstery or a hard surface), what the item is made of, and how old the stain is. Recommendations vary depending on the combination of stain, material and age, so the same spill on a cotton shirt and on a wool rug will not produce the same plan.

Grunzo's approach

Responsible AI guidance

Grunzo's recommendations are generated by AI and are informational only. They may not suit every material, finish, dye or situation. Grunzo does not replace professional cleaning, textile-care, medical or safety advice — for valuable, antique or delicate items, ask a professional cleaner first.
